Carol Carroll, CEO and Co-Founder

Ms. Carroll is a founder of TalentSecure and CEO.  She has been in the recruiting industry for over 22 years.  Ms. Carroll previously founded a highly successful recruiting and staffing business, which managed over 1,500 people a year.

Ms. Carroll’s leadership was recognized when selected by Inc. magazine on the Inc. 500 list three years in a row.  She had lead her company onto the Ingram’s Corporate 100 Fastest Growing Companies in Kansas City ten years in a row.  Recognized as Ernst Young Entrepreneur of the year and Emerging Entrepreneur Award from IBM and Price Waterhouse in 1996.

Ms. Carroll has served on the Board of Directors of the Women’s Chamber of Commerce, The American Staffing Association, the Independent Staffing Alliance and the Entrepreneurial Exchange.  She continues with the American Heart Association and the Women’s Presidents Organization.

Her extensive background in technology and business process alignment, along with an advanced knowledge of sourcing, recruiting and tracking candidates and employees gives TalentSecure a distinct expertise in this industry.
